Your account
Browsing is open to everyone. A cart, wishlist, alerts and orders require an account, which you create with your phone number and a password. Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can place orders on your account.
Catalogue and availability
Products, specifications and stock shown here come from SHT's own catalogue. Availability changes as items sell, so an item in your cart is not reserved until you place the order. If something becomes unavailable before you order, checkout will tell you before anything is confirmed.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Syrian pounds and US dollars. The Syrian-pound price is calculated from the US-dollar price at a rate SHT sets and may update; the price in your order is fixed when you place it. An order is placed in a single currency and stays in that currency.
Placing an order
When you place an order, the total is recalculated on SHT's servers from live prices, the delivery fee for your zone, and any discount that genuinely applies. If that total differs from the one you were shown, checkout stops and shows you the new figure before anything is placed.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is the only payment method. You pay the courier when your order arrives. No card or online payment is taken on this site.
Delivery
Delivery is available in the zones listed at checkout, each with its own fee. If your area is not listed, SHT does not deliver there yet.
Changing or cancelling an order
To change or cancel an order, contact SHT using the details on the contact page and quote your order number. Order status is visible in your account at any time.
Using this site
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other customers' accounts, or copy the catalogue automatically for another service.
Content and trademarks
The design, text and arrangement of this site belong to SHT. Product names, brand names and manufacturer logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products SHT sells.
