Delete your account

You can delete your SHT Electronics account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Ways to delete your account

  1. In the app

    Open the SHT Electronics app, go to Account, then Settings, and choose Delete account. Enter your password to confirm.

  2. On the website

    Sign in, open My Account, then Profile, and choose Delete account. Enter your password to confirm.

  3. By contacting us

    If you cannot sign in, contact us and tell us the phone number registered on the account.

Before you start

An account cannot be deleted while it has an order in progress. Wait until the order is delivered, or cancel it (an order can be cancelled while it is still new), then delete the account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, phone number and email address, and your password.
  • Your saved addresses, cart, wishlist and saved comparisons.
  • Your price and stock alerts and your notification settings.
  • Your sign-ins on every device, and the link to a Google account if you used one.

What we keep

Orders you already placed are kept for our accounting records. Your name, phone number and delivery address are removed from them. Deletion cannot be undone, but you can register again later with the same phone number as a new customer.
